A short phone call is required with you before we can schedule your initial training consultation appointment at our academy. Once we receive this form we will review it and call to explain how the initial consultation process works, what information and training gear to bring, and what to expect.  

This call usually takes about 5 - 10 minutes and we usually try to call you within an hour of you completing the form.  Please be on the lookout for a call from us (Team Randori 443-569-7070).
