Women's Self-Defense Seminar

This is a high-energy workshop filled with fun and motivation. It starts with a body-weight warm-up, followed by an overview of basic strikes (palm strikes, punches, and kicks). We'll break down how to strike for maximum effectiveness and minimal self-injury. Our number one priority is keeping you safe during training.

Next, we'll present a threat or altercation scenario, and will teach a highly effective self-defense response. Working in stages and practicing in pairs, we'll make everything easy to learn.

This training is designed to build up your mental capacity, resilience, and physical readiness in case you ever need it. You'll challenge yourself and your partner while gaining the resolve to push through stressful encounters. By the end of the class, you'll gain a level of self-defense skill and confidence that you have to experience to fully appreciate.

No experience is necessary. All levels welcome! 

Ages 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
